We can provide you with dedicated telephone numbers, including 0800 and 0845 lines, which can be put on your website as a contact for your customers for placing their orders and making enquiries.
Alternatively, you can direct your own number to our system where our trained operators can answer all calls on your behalf using our automatic scripting system.
All our call centre services can be used full time or as an overflow if your own lines are busy. This will ensure that all your customers get through to live operators and not left in a queuing system where they often hang up and you lose a sale.
We offer IVR service for out of hours answering and any customers who leave their details we be called back the next day.
24/7 live answering can be arranged if required, dependant on volume of calls and minimum charges.
