Account Management

When placing your business with AOR you will be allocated an Account manager who will work with you during the whole set up process or duration of your project.

Your Account manager will be responsible for keeping you up to date on progress and will be there by telephone or email to answer all your questions or provide any reporting you may require.

Service level Agreements will have been drawn up in advance to ensure that we meet all expected levels of service. Your Account Manager will be on hand to ensure that this happens.

We feel that face to face meetings are important in building a relationship and are encouraged whenever possible.
